Embrace Meditation:

While meditation may seem daunting, especially for beginners, starting with short sessions can ease the transition. Begin with just two to three minutes of focused breathing exercises. Utilize meditation apps like Calm or seek guidance from spiritual mentors to establish a consistent practice.

Incorporating these challenges into your routine can significantly enhance the balance in your life. Choose one and commit to practicing it consistently over the next 90 days. Remember, it's normal to have occasional slip-ups, but aim to keep them to a minimum.
