I'm thrilled to connect with you again this week and share some new insights and ideas that have been on my mind. This time, I came upon something truly fascinating: the Wheel of Life.

Often, we find ourselves fixated on certain aspects of our lives, neglecting others. This newsletter aims to shift our perspective and encourage us to pay attention to the various facets of life beyond just our daily grind for financial stability.

We may be consumed by the pursuit of wealth and security, but life is richer than just that...

Let's embark on an exercise together: creating our Wheel of Life.

The Wheel of Life comprises 10 distinct areas:

  1. Mission and Career - Where do you stand in terms of your purpose and professional journey?
  2. Joy - Rate your level of happiness from 1 (unhappy) to 10 (very happy).
  3. Money - How financially secure do you feel? Rate from 1 to 10.
  4. Mind - Rate your mental well-being on a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 indicating high anxiety or stress.
  5. Personal Growth - Are you actively investing in self-improvement through learning and development?
  6. Body - How well are you maintaining your physical health through exercise?
  7. Friendships - Do you have reliable, trustworthy friends you can count on?
  8. Family - Are you receiving and providing support within your family?
  9. Romance - How fulfilling are your romantic relationships?
  10. Soul - What's your level of spiritual connection?

By rating ourselves in these 10 areas and visualizing them on a Wheel of Life, we can gain insights into the balance of our lives.
